March 26, 2008. Got accepted and became part of their writing team...
Their available projects appear to be fewer, but with higher compensation per page than at writers.ph or academia-research.com. It's $5-8 so far, and nothing less. In writers.ph, you see some projects of $2, and in academia-research, $4.
I haven't taken any orders yet, but it appears to me that the system is similar to writers.ph (or academia-research once you've been promoted to Premium writer). That is, once you've selected the order, it's yours and no more waiting for approval.
Due to the few available orders, I find it hard to choose any right now, what with my busy schedule too.
