I'm checking out these four Paid Survey programs. These seem to be the best out of the free-to-sign-up survey programs.
I'm also checking out MaximumPaidSurveys. For this one, you need to pay for signing up, but it sounds promising from the reviews I've looked at so far. Hope this works out for me, and I'll tell you more about this later.
Avoid taking any other paid to sign up programs, a lot of them are Scam or of poor quality.

Thanks for pointing me to eCashOffers.
So far, I've only spent time on AWSurveys, they pay $1.25 per referral.
eCashOffers is also good, the only setback is they only accept US referrals. AWSurveys is international.
